Customization Center Glossary of Terms

This glossary of terms will help you understand each aspect of the Customization Center and how to effectively leverage it in your operations.

Glossary:

1. Customizations – This tab allows you to view all of your active customizations
2. For Review: This tab allows you to view customizations that are specifically at risk of not working correctly with your current version of Cargas. These items should be reviewed during the testing phase of the update process and resolved before your live update.
3. Active Customizations - The number of active customizations you are utilizing within your company's instance of Cargas
4. Monthly Maintenance Fee - The monthly maintenance fee per customization.
5. Customizations - This is the title of your customization, describing its purpose.
6. Support Ticket - This is the original ticket number linked to your request. It is a hyperlink, allowing you to click and revisit the original request.
7. Monthly Maintenance Fee – The total monthly cost for maintaining your customizations.
8. System List Price - Standard Price of the customization
9. Registration Date - The date the customization was registered as LIVE on your site
10. Testing Plan - Allows you to upload a testing plan that is accessible to any team or individual responsible for testing the performance of customizations before a site update.
11. Select File - Clickable action button to upload a testing file 
12. Actions – This section allows you to see the available options for interacting with each customization
13. Deactivate - Clicking this initiates the deactivation and removal process for a customization that is no longer needed
14. Filter – Expands the filter options for each column, enabling you to search using a variety of criteria
15. Export - Allows you to export your list of customizations as an excel file (.xlsv)
16. View – Allows you to choose how many customizations you'd like to display per page
17. Pages – Displays the total number of pages of customizations
