How do I leverage a testing plan in the Cargas Customization Center?

Question:

• We are getting ready to go through an update, do we need to test our customizations?
• What should we do with the customizations under the 'Review' tab in the Customization Center?

Answer:

We strongly recommend testing your customizations before going LIVE. This is to ensure your customizations and configurations work smoothly once you are LIVE on the newest version of Cargas. This helps us deliver the best experience and ensures everything meets your needs.

1. To get started go to Admin > Setup > Customization Center
2. Click on 'For Review' to view customizations that are specifically at risk of not working correctly with your current version of Cargas. These items should be reviewed during the testing phase of the update process and resolved before your live update.
   
   
3. Once you've reviewed and confirmed that a customization is working as anticipated by you and your team, you can checkmark the box to Mark as Reviewed.
4. Customizations that have been reviewed will be noted in the 'Reviewed By' and 'Reviewed Date' columns, providing an audit trail of which employee has reviewed each customization.
