Why is the data in my Delivery Center and Cargas Pay dashboard pulling from my test site?

Issue / Question:

• When I open the delivery center dashboard and look at the data, the links pull up deliveries from my test site.
• When I open the cargas pay dashboard and look at the data, links pull up payments from my test site. 

Environment:

• Cargas Energy 2024.b.11 and later
• Cargas Energy 2025.01 and later

Resolution / Answer:

Dashboards use a dynamic connection string to your server meaning you can change if the dashboard pulls data from your test database or your live database. To change which database the dashboard is pulling from: 

If you need to point dashboards to your Live Site:

• Load your live site
• Go to Admin > Setup > Dashboard and Reporting Setup
• Click Save. 

If you need to point dashboards to your Test Site:

• Load your test site.
• Go to Admin > Setup > Dashboard and Reporting Setup
• Click Save.
