  • How do I flash a logo to a TM-T88 printer?

Environment:

  • Cargas Mobile Delivery
  • Epson TM-T88v printer
  • Epson TM-T88vi printer
  • Epson TM-T88vii printer

Summary:

This article shows you how to upload/flash logos to an Epson TM-T88 printer using the OLD WAY. Epson has depreciated the Old Way but many of you may still be using it. If you have already uploaded/flashed logos to your TM-T88 printers and had logo customizations to your delivery ticket format with Old Mobile Delivery or prior to April 2024 then you are using the Old Way.

If you do not already have logos uploaded to your printers using the old way and you are doing this for the first time then we recommend you use the New Way. Please follow the article below for the New Way.

(New Way) - How to flash a logo onto a TM-T88 printer

Steps:

*Note*   -  The Epson TM-T88v, Epson TM-T88vi, and Epson TM-T88vii all have different Utility Software. Please make sure that you are downloading and installing the correct one for your model printer. The software for each is similar but does look slightly different.

  1. First connect the TM-T88 printer to a computer and launch the Epson Utility software. Please follow this article below if you have not installed the Epson Utility software and setup the connection port yet.

  11. Finally you should be able to validate that the logo is saved to your printer by the blue Check Mark. Now you can exit out of the Epson Utility software.

*Note*  -  If you try test printing after you just stored a logo then it might print two logos. This is because it is printing the one stored on the printer and the one stored in cache in the software. This is normal and relaunching the software and retest printing it will only print one logo.
