You can usually clear out a pending delivery ticket by ending the current active delivery if there is one, or by reprinting the previous delivery ticket. You can reprinting the previous delivery ticket by following the steps below.
- Press the Ticket button on the delivery screen. This will navigate you to the last delivery ticket made on the meter.
- Press the Print button on the delivery ticket screen.
- Press the Done button after the meter block for the last delivery ticket prints.
- If issues persist, please try the following:
- Complete a manual pump and print delivery directly from the register.
- Print a calibration ticket.
- If the above two steps fail and you cannot print a calibration ticket or complete a pump and print delivery, then this is a hardware level issue with the meter/printer and will need to be examined by your local truck shop.
