Issue / Question:
- The LCR IQ meter shows a pending delivery. How do I clear it?
- I cannot make my next delivery due to a pending delivery. How can I resolve it?
Environment:
- Cargas Energy Versions 2023 or later
Resolution / Answer:
- Select Start on the meter.
- When the screens show 0.00 gallons, select the Stop then End button.
- The pending delivery should clear, and the driver should be able to start their next delivery.
- If issues persist, please try the following:
- Print a calibration ticket.
- Complete a manual pump and print delivery directly from the register.
- If the above two steps fail and you cannot print a calibration ticket or complete a pump and print delivery, then this is a hardware level issue with the meter/printer and will need to be examined by your local truck shop.
