How to make a delivery from start to finish using mobile delivery and Epson slip printers

Issue / Question:

• A start to finish process of making a delivery using the Mobile Delivery and the Epson slip printer.

• Cargas Energy Mobile Delivery 
• Epson Slip Printer

Resolution / Answer:

Order of Operations

1.  Click the Arrive button when you arrive at the customer location.
2. Insert the ticket into the printer
3. Click the START DELIVERY button to initialize your meter.
4. This will open a confirmation dialog box. Once you are ready, click START DELIVERY to begin, or click CANCEL to return to the delivery screen and make changes if needed. (The header will begin to print)
5. It will say flip the knob to run to start delivery and you can get out of the cab and walk to the back of the truck.
6. Pull the hose
7. Flip the knob to run
8. Pump
9. When you hit the preset it kicks the ticket out in the cab- if you don’t hit the preset you flick it to print and back to stop and go back to the cab and click finish delivery.
10. Once the fuel has been delivered, and you get back in the truck, you will see a summary screen with the total gallons delivered, along with pricing information for the delivery.
