Issue / Question :
This will give you steps on how to Power Cycle (reset) your FireFly when experiencing communication issues shifting in, starting deliveries, ect.
Environment:
- Bluetooth Connections to the Meter (New or Old Mobile Delivery)
Resolution / Answer:
- Locate the Bluetooth FireFly in the truck
- Locate the black power cord on the side of the FireFly.
- Unplug the black power cord from the side of the FireFly. (for about 15 seconds)
- Plug the power cord back in.
- Wait a few seconds until the firefly resets and re-establishes communication.
Cause:
- Bluetooth communication is lost
