You can print out a configuration ticket by putting the printer in a Self Testing mode. You can simply do this by following these steps.

First you need to turn off the printer by using it's Power Switch

Then you need to hold down the Feed button through the next step

Turn on the printer using the Power Switch AND continue holding the Feed button down until the printer starts to print.

After the configuration ticket is finished printing the printer will be in what's called a Hexidecimal Dump Mode. Every time you press the feed button it will print a code. You will need to turn the printer off for a few moments and then turn it back on to resume the normal printing mode.
