Error: Delivery terminated because of a critical meter error.

Issue / Question:

  • Our driver is trying to complete a delivery and they're receiving this error. What is causing this error and how do we resolve it?

  • New Mobile Delivery

  1. Print a calibration ticket to see if there are any errors reporting back from the meter:
    LCR-II - Print a Calibration Ticket
    Mid:Com E:Count -Print a calibration ticket
  2. Power cycle the truck.  Ensure that the truck is powered down long enough that there is no longer power to the register
  3. Reboot the tablet.
  4. Try performing a pump and print delivery

    How do I perform a pump and print on a Mid:Com E:Count?
  5. Retry the delivery.

Additional Info:

  • If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to take the truck to your truck shop for further diagnostics.
