Resolution / Answer:
The message of Duplicate Ticket under the meter block is printed by the meter itself. This occurs when the driver moves the knob on the meter to print after the original meter block has already been printed. With the meter integration, the driver is not required to flip the meter to print after a preset has been reached. When a delivery preset has been reached, the system will automatically end the delivery and print the meter block. If the knob is then flipped to print again, the meter block will print a second time and be marked as a Duplicate Ticket.
