Issue / Question:
- Why can't I access any customer accounts in MyFuelPortal?
- Customers are getting an error when trying to get on their MyFuelPortal account to make a payment.
- An error occurred while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. The error has been logged and sent to the Systems Administrator. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

- Any MyFuelPortal version
Resolution / Answer:
If you cannot open a Customer account on MyFuelPortal and get the error message above it is likely that the API username in MyFuelPortal does not match what is in Cargas Energy.
First in Cargas Energy go to Admin > Setup > API Keys
Typically the MyFuelPortal key will have API User MFP or MyFuelPortal as seen below.
Once you know what the API User is from Cargas Energy, please submit a ticket to Cargas Energy support to check the MyFuelPortal API setup.
