The "Last Pulled" column in Delivery Backoffice shows the most recent successful route pull where tickets were added. It only updates if at least one ticket is added and accounts are not on hold. If all accounts are on hold, the date does not update. To refresh it, remove the On Hold status from an account and pull again. Incorrect or random dates may indicate a software bug, which when fixed, will restore accurate reporting.
Issue / Question
The Last Pulled column for a fixed route is used to see the most recent time that route was successfully pulled and tickets were added to it. Delivery planners and backoffice teams may have questions about:
- When the Last Pulled date updates.
- Why it does not change when all accounts on a route are set to On Hold.
- How to get the Last Pulled date to update again after a pull where all accounts were On Hold.
- Why the Last Pulled date may sometimes appear incorrect or random compared to actual route pulls.
Understanding this behavior is important for accurate delivery planning and reporting.

Resolution / Answer
The Last Pulled date reflects the most recent successful route pull where tickets were added to the fixed route. It updates only when at least one ticket is added during the pull and the accounts involved are not on hold. If no tickets are added, the date does not change.
Key behaviors:
- The Last Pulled column shows the most recent date that route was pulled and tickets were successfully added.
- If all accounts on a route are set to On Hold, pulling that route will:
- Show a warning message.
- Move the related tickets to the On Hold screen instead of adding them to the route.
- Not update the route's Last Pulled date.
- In that situation, the Last Pulled date remains the same because no tickets were added to the route.
To update the Last Pulled date after a pull where all accounts were On Hold, you need to allow at least one ticket to be added to the route and then pull the route again.
- Remove the On Hold status from at least one account on the route, or otherwise ensure at least one ticket can be added.
- Pull the route again.
- Once a ticket is successfully added to the route, confirm that the Last Pulled date updates to that new pull date in the Last Pulled column for the fixed route.
If the Last Pulled column shows dates that appear incorrect or random compared to your actual route pulls, this can be due to a software bug. After the bug is fixed, the column will resume showing the correct most recent pull dates for each fixed route.
Additional Information
When working correctly, each date you see in the Last Pulled column reflects the last successful route pull for that specific fixed route. If you suspect the dates are inaccurate and not explained by the On Hold behavior described above, it may indicate a software issue. Once a fix is applied, you can rely on the Last Pulled date for accurate planning and reporting.
