The Delivery Status Tracker shows tank delivery progress through configurable status categories, messages, dates, colors, and regional restrictions. Admins enable it under Settings and configure up to six categories, with special handling for tanks without or with multiple deliveries.
Article Summary:

Turning the Tracker on:
Configuring the Tracker:
To make changes to the Delivery Status Tracker, go to Settings > Delivery Status Tracking.
Default category for tanks without deliveries:
This is the first step on every tracker. Customers see it when the tank has no active delivery. It is not tied to a delivery status, and it cannot be deleted.
You can change the Category Display Name, which defaults to "No Active Delivery", or the Customer Message which defaults to "This tank does not currently have any deliveries scheduled"
Status Categories:
Each category is one step on the bar, to the right of the default step. The steps run in the order the categories were created. There is no way to reorder them after they are created, so add them from earliest to latest. You can add up to 6 Status Categories.
On each category you can change the Name, whether to show the Due Date, Route Date, Delivery Date, or no Date, the Customer Status Message, and which Status is mapped.
Multiple Deliveries Message:
If a tank has more than one active delivery, the progress bar is hidden. Instead, customers see this message instead. By default this message is "This tank has multiple deliveries in progress. Please contact your local office for more information on the status of your deliveries."
Region Restrictions:
Expanding Region Restrictions allows you to check any region that should not see the tracker. Any tank in an excluded region will not get Tracked Deliveries in the Portal.
Color Settings:
The Delivery Status Tracker Category Background and Delivery Status Tracker Error Background colors can be changed in Settings > Request a Delivery
