MyFuelPortal Account History excludes voided documents, transactions outside the searched date range, and documents matching Admin Portal document filters. Check the transaction’s type and sub-type, remove matching filters under Settings > Document Filters, then search an appropriate date range.
Issue / Question:
- A transaction is in Cargas Energy, but it does not appear on the customer’s Account History in MyFuelPortal.
Environment:
- Any MyFuelPortal version
Resolution / Answer:
Account History is built from posted Cargas Energy documents and from converted history, then document filters are applied. A matching filter removes the row.
A date range that does not cover the transaction date, or a voided transaction will not show up. If the document is posted, not voided, and inside the dates the customer searched, the filter list is the next place to look.
How a filter matches:
In Admin Portal > Settings > Document Filters. Each row is a document type and a document sub-type.
- All Sub Types hides every history row of that document type. A filter for Delivery with All Sub Types removes every delivery, whatever the sub-type.
- A specific sub-type hides every history row whose sub-type name matches, including rows of a different document type. A filter whose sub-type is the same name as a converted-history type removes those converted-history rows too. Converted history is stored with the document type Converted History and the sub-type equal to the converted-history type.
How to find a missing row
- In Cargas Energy, open the missing transaction and note its document type and document sub-type. For converted history, note the history type.
- In the MyFuelPortal Admin Portal, open Settings > Document Filters.
- Find a filter whose document type matches and whose sub-type is All, or whose sub-type name matches the transaction’s sub-type.
- Click Delete on that filter.
- Open My Account > Account History again and search a date range that includes the transaction.
