Resolution / Answer:
To print a calibration ticket please perform the following steps:
- Ensure that the register is cleared of any pending deliveries.
- Load a blank ticket into the printer.
- Flip the knob on the LCR-II to the SHIFT PRINT position for less than 2 seconds.
- Flip the knob on the LCR-II to the PRINT position.
It is imperative that the transition to the SHIFT PRINT position back to the PRINT position takes less than 2 seconds. If the knob is left on SHIFT PRINT for longer than two seconds, you will receive a shift ticket printout instead of a calibration ticket.
