Answer:
Please follow the steps below to do a pump and print on a Neptune E4000 register.
- First navigate to the main menu. You can press Stop/Cancel button several times to back all the way out to the main menu.
- On the main menu use the Arrow > button to select Route until it is flashing and press the Start/Enter button.
- Then use the Arrow > button to select Delivery and press the Start/Enter button.
- Use the Arrow ^ or the Arrow > button to select the Product number that you want to delivery and then press the Start/Enter button.
- Use the Arrow > button to select if you want to set a preset on this delivery and then press the Start/Enter button. If you select No then skip to step 7.
- If you selected Yes to Preset Delivery then use the Arrow > button to highlight the first digit in the quantity that you want to set. Use the Arrow ^ button to select the first number in the quantity that you want to set. Then use the Arrow > button to select the next digit setting and the Arrow ^ to select the next number. Repeat until you set how many gallons you want the preset to be and then press the Start/Enter button.
- The E4000 should enter an active delivery, zero out and show 0.0 Gal. If you want to make a 0 gallon delivery then skip to step 9.
- Pump fuel until you hit your preset or your desired amount of fuel delivered.
- Press the Stop/Cancel button to Finish the delivery and print the Meter Block. The screen should display "--- Printing ---" above the delivered gallons.
- When the meter block prints and the delivery is completed the Finished Delivery screen will show Delivery in the top Left Hand corner and the Sale Number in the top Right Hand corner.
- Here is an example of a printed Meter Block.
- Press the Stop/Cancel button a few times to back out to the main screen
