Error: The meter failed to access data required for preset delivery.
Issue / Question:
- Our driver is trying to complete a delivery and they're receiving this error. What is causing this error and how do we resolve it?
Environment:
Resolution / Answer:
- Fully power cycle the truck.
- Complete a zero-gallon pump and print delivery. (Please see: How do I perform a pump and print delivery on an LCR2?
- Retry the delivery.
Additional Info:
- If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to take the truck to your truck shop for further diagnostics.
