Issue / Question :
- This article will explain what causes the Multiple Deliveries at One Site message to appear on a delivery ticket.
- This message is printed by the LCR-II register when certain conditions are met in regards to the no-flow timer and cannot be removed or altered by Cargas.
Environment:
- Cargas Energy
Resolution / Answer:
Please see the below image for an explanation of the no-flow timer directly from LC's setup and user guide:
In Cargas Energy, this means that any delivery setup for "Multiple Fills" will print this message. Similarly, if the application setting for the no-flow timeout is set for a value of anything outside the 1-180 range, this message will print on the ticket.
Multiple Fills
Starting with Mobile Delivery 2017, the Multiple Fills option can be set at the tank level in the back-office or as a one-off option on any delivery in the mobile application. If configured at the tank level, all delivery documents for that tank will disable the no-flow timer and cause the multiple deliveries message to print. Additionally, if the driver enables the multiple fills option in the Mobile Delivery application, the no-flow timer is disabled and the message for multiple deliveries will print.
No-Flow Time Limit Setting
In Cargas Energy, under Admin > Setup > Application Settings, there is a setting named DeliveryNoFlowTimeLimit. The default value for this is 180 seconds. If this value is saved and set to anything outside of the 1-180 range, all deliveries made from the mobile application will print the multiple deliveries message. This is a global setting and will disable the no-flow timer on all created deliveries.
As a best practice, Cargas recommends leaving the global setting to a value of 180 and then enabling the Multiple Fills setting either on a tank level or delivery level basis as needed when the no-flow timer needs to be disabled.
