Issue / Question :
- I am trying to print a ticket after my delivery, but nothing is printing, what do I do ?
- My meter is not printing anything when I switch the knob to print, what should I do?

- Liquid Controls LCR-II Meter
Resolution / Answer:
If you are experiencing an error due to your meter not printing, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try printing a calibration ticket. LCR-II - Print a Calibration Ticket
- Try printing a shift ticket
- Power cycle the truck and devices
- Check the serial cables to make sure everything is plugged in.
- Check to make sure everything is powered on
- Swap out printer with a known working one to see if it is the printer
- Swap out serial cables from printer to the meter
- Possibly a truck or meter issue
- Have a truck shop take a look
CAUSE:
- If you are unable to print this is most likely a hard ware issue which will need seen by your truck shop.
