Question:
- I am having trouble with signing in to see training videos.
- My password does not seem to be working when I try to sign in to see knowledge base videos/articles.
Environment:
- Cargas Energy Version 2017 or Greater.
Answer:
We do not store any passwords, so if the password is wrong or forgotten, you may reset the password:
1. In the login prompt, click " Forgot my password"
2. Enter your email address . Hit Submit .
3. Follow instructions sent to your email address. ( Please note: Check Junk/Spam folder if you do not see email)
You may now sign in with that email address and new password.
