Issue / Question:
- Why is there no option to send invoices to an email when completing a ticket in Mobile Delivery?
- I have EmailMobileDeliveryInvoices set to Always. or Customer but no invoices are being sent.
Environment:
- Cargas Energy Version 2024_07 or later
Resolution / Answer:
To email Invoices for tickets in Mobile Delivery the Signature Capture setting must be enabled on the tank that is being delivered to.
To Enable this setting, check the Capture Signature box in:
Tanks > Actions > Edit Tank > General > Edit
Ensure the customer has an email set up on their account by checking in.
Customer Summary > Contact Information
Set the EmailMobileDeliveryInvoices setting to Always or Customer in
Admin > Setup > Application Settings > EmailMobileDeliveryInvoices
How EmailMobileDeliveryInvoices affects Mobile Delivery:
Set to Customer
When the EmailMobileDeliveryInvoices setting is set to Customer, the email addresses with 'Statements To' checked will be selected by default when completing a ticket in Mobile Delivery
Set to Always
When the EmailMobileDeliveryInvoices setting is set to Always, all customer email addresses will be selected by default when completing a ticket in Mobile Delivery
