Summary:
In Cargas Energy 2021.12 and later, you can copy an existing task on a Work Order to quickly create duplicates and save time. You can do this either while creating a new Work Order (using the Copy Task button at the top of the screen) or on an existing Work Order (using the Task Actions > Copy Task menu). The copy preserves key fields such as schedule date/time (for existing orders), technician, equipment, notes, callback, and service/price/function/work performed codes where applicable. The copy feature can be used multiple times, and for existing Work Orders it is available until the Work Order is completed and posted. When copying tasks on an existing Work Order, the new task’s status is set based on the original task’s status.
