End of Support for Windows Mobile Devices
As of June 2026, Cargas Energy will no longer support Mobile Applications on Windows Devices.

Issue / Question:
- My printer is providing an error message when I try to print a delivery ticket.
- My printer shows connected to the Bluetooth, but it will not print.
- The Driver is receiving the below error message "Failed to finish printing ticket. Make sure there is paper in the printer, and it is powered on before retrying".
Environment:
- Cargas Energy Version 2023.01 or later
Resolution / Answer:
Verify the Bluetooth is on and available under settings on Mobile Delivery App. Once verified go to Mobile Delivery Truck set up and pair the meter with Bluetooth if using Android. If using windows tablet you will be able to utilize the Bluetooth or the Serial Port.
- Check the settings to make sure the Bluetooth is enabled.
- Go to side bar click "Setup"
- Click "Setup"
- Select your truck from drop down
- Click "Next" and select meter
- The meter can be paired with the Bluetooth or the serial port, depending on device.
- Once paired, click "Next" and select the Blaster printer
- Select "Bluetooth"
- Pair with Bluetooth. Note: This is where you select the printer, not the Firefly/Parani.
- Click "Complete"
- Click "Home." Then start shift and try again.
