Note: As of June 2026, Cargas Energy no longer supports Mobile Applications on Windows devices. If you are using mobile delivery, you must enable Bluetooth to connect to printers or Firefly — verify or turn it on by clicking the Bluetooth tile in the Action Center (square at the bottom right of the screen) or by searching "Bluetooth" in the bottom-left search bar to open Bluetooth settings and toggle it on.

Issue / Question:
- While using Mobile delivery you may need to establish a Bluetooth connection. If the bluetooth is turned off on your device you will not be able to connect to your printer or firefly. There are a few ways you may verify the Bluetooth on your device is turned on.

Resolution / Answer:
On a windows device you may verify the Bluetooth is turned on a few different ways.
- The quickest way to verify if your Bluetooth is turned on is by clicking this square located on the bottom right hand side of your screen. The image below is indicating the Bluetooth is on.

If it is off you may simply turn it on by clicking the Bluetooth square

Another way, would be by searching Bluetooth in the search bar located on the bottom left hand side of your screen. This will bring you directly to your Bluetooth settings.

If the Bluetooth is off it will look like this. You will need to toggle it on.
